I had brought my laptop to another repair place who told me I needed a new hard drive and mother board. Which I declined. I brought the laptop to WIFI Doctor last Friday and found out that it was a software problem not hardware. Richard was very knowledgeable and identified the problem right away. Richard and Joe are truly professional and knowledgeable with the most up to date technology. I was going to trash a very strong tower due to multiple infections. They not only recovered my database of contacts and work calendar, but also seeking this most economical approach to salvage the tower for future use! Brilliant!
