Noelia did a great job for the balloon arch for my mom’s 50th birthday! They were beautiful and everyone took pictures in front of them. Not only was she quick to respond, but also very reasonably priced! We’ll be sure to use her for all of our future events!

I hired Noelia to decorate for my intimate wedding dinner. She exceeded my expectations. She took my vision and brought it to life. She responded in a timely manner, answered all my questions and lifted some of the stress that I had. She provided some ideas and did all the decorating on time! I don’t have pictures with the candles lit. But once they are lit, the scenery was romantic and intimate. So happy to have worked with her! If you’re looking for someone responsible, reliable, on time, great communication skills and excellent attention to detail… HIRE HER!
