What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Everything is negotiable, mostly what I do is sometimes I include unlimited free semi-gloss and free ceiling paint. You rarely see a customer advantage like that. I also have a good contractors paint store discount. Labor can have discount if customer helps me putting things away or in the middle ready for paint. Makes everything easier.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I offer them free semi-gloss and or ceiling paint, any kind of free white paint they can use is good. I have lot of it if not unlimited, a good deal, and haula .
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a College Degree in Business Administration in Accounting
