On time, excellent communication skills. For my electrical project, he was happy to describe what he was doing, why it should be done and the expected outcome. If only every contractor was as professional ... I would use JSP again in a heartbeat.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I usually give low rates, the more rooms the bigger the discount.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Setting up a 15 minute on phone consultation and providing them with a rough quote, if they are happy with my price and decide to set up an appointment then I can do a better set price. It's like they're getting 2 quotes and no interruption from your busy schedule.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked in painting for over 10 years. Started as a helper and worked through the levels of professionalism.
