Dina is a delightful yoga instructor. During our sessions together, she was very welcoming, kind and helpful. She kept notice of my weaknesses and helped ease into my yoga practice a lot easier. Dina is also an incredible listener, always wanting to know how I felt. Scheduling-wise, her appointments were always on time. She'd be ready to do the practice and again, impressive service and hospitality on her part. Honestly, there's nothing she needs to improve of. Dina's instruction is inspiring, so I'm always willing to practice with her (when money isn't an issue! haha), but seriously, everything went smoothly every time she taught me yoga, breathing and Pilates. Dina was very fun and easy to work with, schedule with. She made herself very flexible towards my due date. I loved getting a combination of yoga/Pilates in my prenatal work out. undefinedI have always been a hard core hot yoga fan but after i had reconstructive surgery on my ankle in May 2015 I was unable to do that kind of workout while recovering. After 5 months into recovery I was given the green light that I could start working out but I was very limited in what I could actually do. Jen had suggested I try Pilates and that she would tailor the workout to meet my needs. I have taken Pilates at NYSC and never really liked it so I agreed to workout with Jen but wasn't really sure what to expect. Jen tailored the entire workout to positions that I could do while focusing on my injury and my form. At first I was not good and had a hard time holding positions or even doing them properly but Jen was able to work with me one-on-one to teach me the correct form. Jen is extremely focused and makes Pilates fun. She prepares each week to customize the workout so that I am progressing. I have actually become pretty good and look forward to our Pilates session each week. I have become stronger and my body is becoming much more toned When I started with Jen I was also in Physical Therapy twice a week and working from home and adding Jen to my recovery plan has helped me progress extremely quickly. I am just about done with Physical Therapy, going into the office full time, and have returned my normal life. Thank you so much Jen! When I first started with Jen I was a beginner and now I am intermediate and even able to do some advanced positions. I recommend Jen regardless of your level. She will customize your session to meet your needs and you will have a great time working out!

I have had several personal training sessions with Dale, with the focus being pilates and stretching. He brings many gifts to his work, including clarity in his explanation of exercises (helpful for someone like me who is directionally challenged!!), patience, good humor, and constant encouragement. He is not in a rush to get through the routine, and it seems as if he is a good judge of a client's progress, and plans for the next session accordingly. Noel has been my personal pilates coach for over 10 years. Originally, I came to him because I was experiencing back issues and pain in my shoulders due to long hours at a desk job coupled with extremely high stress. Noel was able to pinpoint where my back and shoulder issues were stemming from, and helped me to strengthen the supporting muscles. I no longer have any back issues, and when my shoulder flairs up, all I need to do is tell Noel and he will work out the area as needed. I also credit Noel with my lack of a "muffin top".
