Nadia is an amazing instructor. I almost drowned as a child and was very hesitant to take up swimming again. Nadia made everything so effortless and safe for me to be in water again. I can't thank her enough. Her technique is great and I would highly recommend her for any level whether you are just starting out or want to improve your form and technique. Today I can do laps :-)
I needed a trainer to help me get back into shape, tone up and strengthen my core and back. Being that I have back issues and sometimes continue to get spasms, I realized I needed someone who was certified, understanding, and would carefully consider a good beneficial workout while not getting injured in the process. Judy understands my needs and has been carefully selecting a good routine that I can handle that will bring forth the results I need. Her background, training and certification show me she strives to improve herself and she is genuinely interested in helping others improve in fitness. Smart, patient, strategic, and if you want to be pushed more she will do it without hurting you. She's a keeper!
Dianne has been wonderful! She comes to the house multiple times each week to work with one of my children. Dianne is very encouraging and fun to work out with.
Dina was very fun and easy to work with, schedule with. She made herself very flexible towards my due date. I loved getting a combination of yoga/Pilates in my prenatal work out. Dina keeps changing things up to prevent you getting bored. I would like to see her again but my baby keeps changing his schedule and it's impossible to plan things well. Maybe, in the future. I do think that my classes with Dina made me strong enough for labor and after.
Morgana is the perfect match for my physical training, balance and flexibility needs. She is able to incorporate the essentials of Pilates into floor exercises, which gives me stability, but has added some balance moves which will keep me steady and upright. I have suffered from PAD for some years, but after several surgeries which were successful for a while, I was finding it more difficult and painful to walk. After one session with Morgana, I know my entire physical demeanor will benefit. she is a delight to have as my trainer, and I look forward to working with her on a regular basis to strengthen my weaknesses. I highly recommend her, particularly for those with orthopedic issues, to which she can apply solutions which will help get you back in shape.
Emily is absolutely the best! She is experienced, attentive, thoughtful, and kind. She has an extremely positive and helpful attitude. She makes adjustments to the exercises as needed. She is prompt, dependable and professional. You could not ask for more in a private Pilates instructor! I would recommend her to anyone.

Steph was phenomenal. I've been in the movement/fitness world for years and she was able to put me through training that I've never encountered before AND was a ton of fun. It was intense, new, introspective, creative, and playful. I can't emphasize enough the play component. It wasn't about moving/working out only because it's good for you but because it can be fun to play! The entire time, Steph was encouraging, adapting to my unique needs, explaining the reason behind each thing we did, and keeping it fun, even when it was hard. You'll feel alive in your body from working with Steph.
I've been working with Abby during her teacher training, and it's also been my introduction to Pilates. She's a natural and conscientious teacher, and she has a gift for being detailed and challenging while keeping the process fun and not overwhelming. (Just whelming enough!)
JO is the best! I am so thankful I found JO and her incredible philosophy and approach for all-around fitness and wellness. JO successfully helped me rehab from ankle reconstruction surgery, all-the-while getting strong and lean through her combination of pilates/yoga/TRX and bodyweight exercises. For the first time in my life I truly love my arms! The positive changes in my life are not only physical, but also mental. My abs have never looked better thanks to Gold Post Pilates. I am so much stronger in my core and my balance is really good too. I love training at the studio so much! The spaciousness and decor in it make it have a spa like atmosphere. The equipment is top notch too! Marilyn and Tattiana are wonderful!
