Karl is great, I have now worked with him for 3 weeks and I have been really enjoying our sessions. He is incredibly professional, thoroughly assesses your needs and prepares as well as modifies your workout accordingly. He is an experienced trainer and uses a wide array of training modules to include TRX, kettle bells, weights, High Intensity Interval Training, Kick boxing and Pilates among others. Karl has certainly given me the motivation to train harder and even within the first three weeks I can see significant difference in strength and endurance as well as body shape. I have been going to the gym for years but have never had such a shift particularly in such a short period of time. Above all Karl is very pleasant to work with and takes your fitness and health very seriously.
I recently started training with Dianne, and I am very happy with the challenging yet "soft" regime, particularly because of my goal of building muscle but remaining feminine in appearance. The combination of yoga, TRX, and Pilates, makes for a perfect training routine for me. I would reccomend Dianne to anyone looking for solid training.
Dina was very fun and easy to work with, schedule with. She made herself very flexible towards my due date. I loved getting a combination of yoga/Pilates in my prenatal work out. Dina keeps changing things up to prevent you getting bored. I would like to see her again but my baby keeps changing his schedule and it's impossible to plan things well. Maybe, in the future. I do think that my classes with Dina made me strong enough for labor and after.
She knows a lot about yoga and working with a variety of ailments.
Went to Emily's Pilates class and had a great time. She really pushed you but was very encouraging about. She was also good at making small physical adjustments without being awkward about it. I would definitely recommend her and the class.
Jen is a fantastic pilates instructor! Her enthusiasm has kept me excited as I prepare for my wedding and honeymoon. She personalizes my workouts and makes them consistently challenging, which means I'm never bored and I feel great after each session. Dana is great!! I’ve had 2 sessions with her so far and I am extremely pleased. She is knowledgeable and takes time to explain and demonstrate the breathing and movements for me since I am new to Pilates. She is attentive and motivating and keeps the sessions fun and challenging!
Florence is an incredible Pilates teacher. When I worked with her my butt looked amazing! She really helped me tone my body and get my core in gear. She is not easy and will it let you get away with cheating. But that's how it should be. Cheating doesn't help you get anywhere anyway. I would recommend her to anyone. Beginner , intermediate or advanced. Her style is different from other Pilates and more fun because of the elegance of it which comes from Florence and her dance background. She's really a fantastic Pilates instuctor and will kick your booty into shape.
Steph was phenomenal. I've been in the movement/fitness world for years and she was able to put me through training that I've never encountered before AND was a ton of fun. It was intense, new, introspective, creative, and playful. I can't emphasize enough the play component. It wasn't about moving/working out only because it's good for you but because it can be fun to play! The entire time, Steph was encouraging, adapting to my unique needs, explaining the reason behind each thing we did, and keeping it fun, even when it was hard. You'll feel alive in your body from working with Steph.
Amazing, fun teacher! I felt noticeably stronger after just one 1-hour session. As a world-class dancer and Pilates devotee, Emily knows what she is talking about and is the perfect person to demonstrate excercises. She knows how to keep the class moving and it builds in a logical order. Don't watch the clock - you won't believe how quickly the hour flew by and you'll want to sign up for more sessions! A true joy and learning experience!

As a teacher, I focus on helping my students build confidence, rhythm, strength, and an ability to express themselves through dance.
