Judy understands my needs and has been carefully selecting a good routine that I can handle that will bring forth the results I need. Her background, training and certification show me she strives to improve herself and she is genuinely interested in helping others improve in fitness. Smart, patient, strategic, and if you want to be pushed more she will do it without hurting you. She's a keeper!
I take Pilates and yoga with Dina. It is the 1 hour that is all my own. My body has become leaner and more toned and I have become more relaxed and centered. I wouldn't work with anyone else. Dina is excellent In her instruction and FUN to work with.
Rosemarie is my secret weapon against pain and anxiety. She is working with my wife and myself. We are both in our 60's. Thanks to Ro, we have become more fit, limber, and I particularly have become remarkably pain free after a 5-year siege with tendonitis. I owe it all to her yoga lessons individualized for my wife and me (separate lessons), several times a week. In short.. She is a like a gift from G-d to us. Emily is absolutely the best! She is experienced, attentive, thoughtful, and kind. She has an extremely positive and helpful attitude. She makes adjustments to the exercises as needed. She is prompt, dependable and professional. You could not ask for more in a private Pilates instructor! I would recommend her to anyone.
I am 62 years old and have trained with Dianne for the past 5 years. The results have been amazing! Dianne's passion for exercise is reflected in every workout. Before I started, there wasn't much that I could do. My knees and back hurt and I had no confidence in how to exercise. My goal was to decrease bone loss after being diagnosed with osteopenia. Dianne's style and technique worked wonders for me. I began doing squats, lunges and sit ups with little difficulty. When she saw it was getting easy, she made it more challenging. I did my first full push up before I was 60.... now I can do 30 full push ups correctly. I've been told by others that my form is good which is a credit to Dianne! Today, I am healthier and stronger and in better shape than I was 30 years ago. I am grateful to Dianne for everything she has taught me. I recommend Dianne to be anybody' trainer of choice.ii
I have been taking exercise classes with Robin for the past 3-4 years. She is a great teacher who is able to work with people with all kinds of fitness abilities. I really enjoy her classes and feel that I get a challenging workout in them. She is a trained dancer with expertise in yoga and Pilates. In addition to being an excellent instructor, Robin is friendly, patient, and helpful. She is very encouraging and creates an atmosphere where everyone feels comfortable.

Steph was phenomenal. I've been in the movement/fitness world for years and she was able to put me through training that I've never encountered before AND was a ton of fun. It was intense, new, introspective, creative, and playful. I can't emphasize enough the play component. It wasn't about moving/working out only because it's good for you but because it can be fun to play! The entire time, Steph was encouraging, adapting to my unique needs, explaining the reason behind each thing we did, and keeping it fun, even when it was hard. You'll feel alive in your body from working with Steph.
I put a freeze on my gym membership in an effort to try personal training. The results do not compare! In just a few sessions my arms looked so toned and defined - incredible! People at work even noticed. I NEVER got results like this from the gym. Difference being that Alena knows exactly what exercises to perform and the amount of weight to use to get the results you are looking for ....and FAST. she is also very friendly, motivating and a true partner in fitness.
