He's amazing - patient, open, fully answers questions, and accepts issues very professionally. I had issues with payment methods and being unable to resolve them as quickly as I wished ... but he was very patient, suggested alternatives, and was at all times very professional. What I enjoyed the most of Paris is that he is able to tailor his lesson plans and is very flexible when it comes to scheduling and helping out with last minute classes.
