We needed to replace two toilets - one had developed a hairline crack and the other required more than one flush to clear completely. We hired Jovanni because he seemed honest and frank when we first approached him. He was not the cheapest but was not most expensive either. His pricing seemed reasonable. I am writing this review after a week because we wanted to wait till we were sure that everything was working fine. He did a really good job in installing both the toilets. It took him more time than he had initially mentioned but I see that as more an effort to do a good job though I think he was a little overconfident about how much time it will take. It took roughly four hours including the trip to the local Home Depot to pick up the hardware. He had to make an extra trip because the water connectors Jovanni initially brought turned out to be too short. Anyway, to summarize we are very satisfied with the job he did and would hire him again for any plumbing or pipe work if needed. One more thing - he is trustworthy. When he finished the job it was too late in the evening to drop the old toilets in nearby dumpster. He left the toilets in our garage and promised to come back within the next few days. He kept his word, messaged and came back three days later and removed the toilets. It would have been a headache for us to get rid of the old toilets. We appreciate his professionalism.

Santana is a legend! Super cool guy, arrived right on time, very friendly and not at all sketchy (which I say to reassure all of the other single ladies living alone on here!!). I loved him and would absolutely use his services again! My clogged drain is running like a charm now!!!
