Donta went above and beyond mounting my television. When I realized I had the wrong mount, he quickly problem-solved and found a way to make my existing one work. I also didn’t have the correct screws, and he took the initiative to go to the hardware store to get exactly what was needed. I really appreciated his professionalism, resourcefulness, and commitment to getting the job done right.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process is to make sure the customer knows that I’m coming by text message and phone call before I arrive. I also take pics of deliveries and drop offs.
