After a couple of delays my long awaited new storage bed was delivered in 4 separate boxes at 11:30AM (the time is important). I have a small apartment and these four boxes were taken up most of my kitchen. I went to Thumbtack to see if there was anyone available within the next 48 hours and reached out to Dante and a few other “thumbtackers”. Dante responded to my call for help within 3 minutes. He was in the neighborhood and at my apartment with 30 minutes of conversation. Bed Assembled and kitchen was free of boxes all before 2:30PM

My process is to make sure the customer knows that I’m coming by text message and phone call before I arrive. I also take pics of deliveries and drop offs.
