When my Smeg refrigerator encountered issues, most repair services rejected me outright, citing the rarity of the required parts. Nonetheless, Eurus not only agreed to the task but exhibited outstanding professionalism and responsiveness. Despite the immense challenge in locating the necessary components, they proactively reached out to distributors in the US, Canada, and Italy and successfully acquired them. The dedication and informative updates from George were noteworthy.
