It was quite ironic that I had a medical emergency during his time fixing my oven. That day he fixed my oven as assisted me with water during my emergency. He even stopped to assist me. Updated review. The part arrived but additional problems were encountered. After two different techs assessed the problem, it was decided that the cost of repair would not be worth it and a new refrigerator was needed. Express Pro was responsive and worked hard at trying to fix my problem but were fighting a losing battle with my 15 y.o. fridge.
