- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We keep pricing simple and upfront. Our Brooklyn service call is $150, which covers a full on-site diagnosis by the technician, and it applies toward the repair if you decide to go ahead. Before any work, you get a clear price to approve, so there are no surprises on the bill. Final cost depends on the appliance, the issue, and any parts needed. We service all major brands.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It's simple. You reach out with the appliance, brand, and what's going on, and our manager confirms the details and schedules a technician. The tech arrives, diagnoses the problem on-site, and gives you a clear price before any repair. If you approve, we fix it, often the same visit when the parts are on hand. We work Monday to Friday, 9am to 7pm, across Brooklyn and Manhattan.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our strength is hands-on experience. We repair all major appliance brands day in and day out, and we keep up with newer models and their common issues as they come out. Every technician we send is experienced and insured, and we focus on finding the real root cause instead of guessing.
