- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
well, I try my best to make the customers happy, and I'm up front if I can't do the job, and I know that it won't come out perfect I'll tell them I can't do it. money's not everything.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
l like to text the customer to confirm confirm. the job explain details then set up time and date.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
