Victor knows his stuff. Unfortunately, my 2 air conditioners were really beyond repair, so Victor wound up consulting me on replacing the ACs, which he won't be able to do, because in Stuyvesant Town, where I live, they force tenants to use THEIR electricians and maintenance crew to install window air conditioners. But Victor was great.
