Alexey was polite and very knowledgeable repairman. In short time he found the problem with our refrigerator. He explained that faulty part need to be replaced and it takes two weeks when new part will arrive. Today he came and finished the job. I gave only 4 stars because every time he comes late, but it’s not his fault. He is only one who serves Queens all neighborhoods and has too many visits a day. He is a nice man who does a good job.
