We hired Andrew's team to work on a project to cover the terrace of our upper east side apartment in NYC. I have to say that they have been extremely professional, I was amazed by their tenacity, their calm and efficiency in front of a particularly picky building board. The whole team showed a lot of patience in the realization of our project, they took the time to draw and redesign our plans several times to meet our expectations precisely always by proposing ingenious ideas and materials. They accompanied us in the search for contractors and the submission of our file to the DOB and always with an unusual efficiency. In short, I took a lot of pleasure in carrying out our project with the whole team of Andrew (Andrew, Shijin, Vasudha, Elly-Anne) whom I absolutely recommend. Great professionals and charming people. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We assess the project scope, show the customer the work we have done that might be similar to their project, and try to give them a ball park figure of costs.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are all graduate architects and the entire staff have masters degrees. Professional and skilled, talented and dedicated in all areas of design and construction.
