Sue talks a lot but doesn't deliver. I lost $250 for nothing. After 2 weeks of waiting for her, she claimed I am complaining. She wants me to go along with her contractor and her ideas. I hurts to lose money that I don't have but it could have been worse in the long run.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
$ 200/ hr to 250/ hr depending on the project. We can offer flat fee once the project requirements are clear.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1) Phone call to understand project requirements.
2) Visit project site.
3) Submit Proposal based on the requirements.
4) After the signed contract, prepare drawings.
5) File with DOB as per project requirement.
6) After the approved drawings, help client retain contractor and place order for furniture, furnishings and equipments (FF&E) as required.
6) Supervise installation.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Graduated in Interior Design from Pratt Institute. Practicing in the field of Interior Architecture for over 20 Years.
