I am a New York City architect with more than 25 years of experience designing and managing residential renovations, particularly apartment, co-op, and condominium projects. I help homeowners navigate the renovation process—from evaluating an existing apartment and developing a design to preparing architectural drawings, coordinating approvals, and filing with the NYC Department of Buildings when required. My experience includes apartment renovations, kitchens and bathrooms, interior alterations, co-op and condo alteration packages, DOB filings, and projects involving historic buildings and preservation requirements.
