Leila completed an apartment combination for us. She offered great designer insights, even though I mostly knew what I wanted, I loved that I could talk to her and benefit from her professional opinion as well. She facilitated all contact with our contractors and managed that aspect of it, which was a complete relief to not have to do myself. Leila's work was excellent and flawless! She is very easy to work with, and has incredibly high expectations for her work product. I highly recommend her!

FAQs

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

I typically charge customers an hourly fee for my work. That way they are only paying for the time I am actually working on their project. After speaking with a new client I build a proposal that outlines my services, the hourly fee and what I think the total hours will be for their project.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

First we meet over the phone, zoom or in person to review the project and what their expectations are. Then I work on a detailed proposal which we can review together. The proposal outlines what services I will provide, how many hours each phase of the project will take and what my fees are. We also discuss what the overall project timeline will look like. Once the contract is signed I get to work!
