NYC Residential Architect – Full-Service Architectural Design I'm a New York City–based architect with over 20 years of experience specializing in residential architecture. Earlier in my career, I served as Lead Architectural Designer for an Architectural Digest AD100 Hall of Fame design firm. Today, I provide full architectural services for apartment renovations, townhouses, custom homes, and residential interiors throughout New York City. I guide projects from the initial design through construction documents, permit drawings, bidding, and construction administration. Whether you're planning a complete renovation or updating part of your home, I work closely with you to develop thoughtful, practical solutions that fit your goals and budget. My services include architectural design, space planning, construction documents, permit drawings, custom millwork and cabinetry design, co-op and condominium renovations, construction administration, and as-built drawings when they are part of an architectural design project. I specialize in residential architecture. I accept only limited commercial work on a case-by-case basis and do not provide restaurant, commercial kitchen, or food-service design. I also do not offer stand-alone survey or existing-conditions measurement services. As a full-service architect, I can assist from the first design concepts through the completion of construction, providing clear communication and practical, buildable solutions every step of the way.
