I needed some photos edited that I wanted to have printed in large prints. I don’t know anything about photography or photo editing softwares so I really needed an expert to help. Eric was so helpful, kind, and professional, he worked quickly and was able to help me with what I wanted even though I lacked the photography lingo needed to communicate any of my requests clearly. I reached out to Eric on Thumbtack to get a painting of our pug who recently passed. It is supposed to be a gift for my wife and Eric made sure to deliver. His attention to detail brought out the real personality of the pug. We conversed about several routes to take with the design but I leaned on Erics' expertise. Eric was able to get the painting in my hands in the matter of a couple weeks. The quote for the project was an easy decision for me. We will be contacting Eric for future projects.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I base my prices on what I estimate the time to take for each job. In most cases I can not give an accurate quote without speaking to the client on the phone, because there are a lot of variables involved with murals and portraits etc.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to discuss the job and I offer free mockups of the client's idea before we commit to the project.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Master of Fine Arts from Rutgers University and 35 years of painting experience.
