Despite an expedited time frame and difficult working conditions (we are on the 5th floor of a walk-up and most of the work was on the difficult-to-access second story of our duplex, he was able to complete the job beyond our expectations within the time allotted. Prior to Michael swooping in to the rescue, my husband and I were overwhelmed with a nightmare left behind by our prior loser contractor that ripped us off and did nothing but break down walls, ceilings, floors the place was a disaster zone. We were distraught but needed to move forward from ground zero.My husband and I did our homework this time around. We vetted various renovation companies and decided to go with Stake Renovations as they checked all the boxes. Off the bat Michael swept in with a detailed plan, reasonable quote, a timeline, and a great team to back it. Michael provided a vision of the apartment layout alternatives to maximize on space as much as possible. The Stake team executed the work as planned and with attention to every detail. Not only did Roneil complete the work but he also educated me about it and was able to save me a few bucks. I was happy to hear he was proficient in other handyman jobs. I hired him a second time to replace new drywall throughout my living room in which he did a great job without a huge mess, do a complete remodel for my daughter's bathroom and hang a few large pictures in the foyer. I would recommend my handyman Roneil to anyone he's great at what he does and so far their has not been a task he could not take on to completion."See more
