It was an absolute pleasure to work with Farrell and his team! He couldn't have been more accommodating, supportive, and patient, leading up to our big day and he definitely made us feel like the entertainment choices were driven by us, the client, versus his vision. On our wedding day, we/the venue had a major equipment malfunction and Farrell and his team made it work and we were able to have our ceremony music! Even though we only booked them for the reception part of our party, they did so much to support us during the ceremony itself too! The music was top notch and our guests LOVED the band. I can't emphasize enough how much of a privilege it was to work with them. Wonderful human beings, thank you again Nothing But Velvet!!

We were in the market for a band as an addition to our wedding entertainment lineup (we had a DJ, drummer, and saxophonist booked at the time). We came across NBV through our Saxophonist who often plays with NBV and let me tell you - they are a match made in heaven!!! Their day of matching outfits of black head to toe with red shoes I thought were a great touch, they're all so in sync! (they were very mindful to ask about dress code which was nice so if you are having a black tie event, they would accommodate as such!) Before we booked NBV, we ran into them as they were performing at a local park in our state. Farrel, Betsy, and Elias all have such a warm and welcoming presence to them, their aura just radiates through both their music and their personalities, I felt like I knew them for years when chatting with them! We mostly worked with Farrel in regards to the contract, the flow of the day, and there aren't enough words to describe how patient, professional, and detailed he was in ensuring our day went smoothly. I should mention that Farrel and his team had an out of state gig the morning of our wedding [ insert bride panic ].. but Farrel, Betsy and Elias arrived early and were ready to welcome us as we did our ballroom reveal, doing soundcheck with our DJ!! It was so fun to have Farrel, Betsy and Elias interact with us and have fun with our guests all throughout the night. Farrel was often on the dance floor alongside our Saxophonist dancing while Betsy and Elias were killing it with the vocals and dancing along as well! They truly made my entertainment dreams come true having a band/DJ duo! Our guests raved at how well executed all parts of our entertainment were and how NBV was an amazing band - Betsy and Elias vocals sing so beautifully together and they created such a wonderful night for us and our guests! We undoubtedly recommend NBV for any occasion!!!

Nothing But Velvet was extremely tasteful for our black tie formal wedding. They knew what type of music to start with and end with. Farrell is very intentional with client conversations and is open to all ideas. We had SO much fun dancing, crying, laughing!! The night would not have been the same without this incredible band. Our wedding guests thoroughly enjoyed NBV and we would highly recommend them over and over again! Family vibes if you know what I mean!

Nothing But Velvet exceeded our expectations. We booked them for our wedding in October for ceremony + reception. Farrell worked with us on song selection (their catalog is huge and covers numerous genres), and learned several songs at our request. Every member is obviously talented and they brought tons of energy to our party. We got endless compliments from guests on how great the band was. Do yourself a favor and book this band!

On top incredible communication, responsiveness, and service - this band is most importantly so damn talented. Our guests were blown away and we had so many requests for their information. Although we have our Standard Pricing, we price based on the client. We will work toward an agreement that works for both parties.
