Nothing will cause a New Yorker more distress than being plagued with bed bugs. I am so grateful to have found Luis and his team to assist me in my DESPERATE time of need. I initially tried to work with my management company to eradicate the bugs... big mistake. They hired Dial A Bug, who sprayed a water based product on my mattress (no where else!), advised I get a mattress cover and called it a treatment. I'm no bug professional.. but even I know that wouldn't be nearly enough to stop these pests. Luis fit me in less than 24 hours notice for a 6AM appointment. His appointments are in hour time slots, unlike most companies who make you wait around all day long. His team showed up right on time and even gave me a 30 minute heads up. What really made me feel at ease again was the microscopic fungal treatment. He sent me an informative video about this treatment method so I knew EXACTLY what I was receiving. Within two hours, my studio apartment was fully treated. And even better - he provides a warranty so if the bed bugs return, he will treat it again at no additional costs. But Luis did not stop after the treatment. He has assured me that he will assist with providing me with documentation to ensure my management company works with me on reimbursement of the treatment. I seriously cannot express the gratitude I have for Luis and his team. He is a needle in the NYC extermination haystack. If you're ever plagued with the buggies, you MUST use his services. I have an apartment in Manhattan and due to constant traveling and staying in different hotels, I brought bed bug back into the apartment. Since I dont have much time and called multiple bedbug exterminators. I found Luis is very knowledgeable and able to get to my apartment on the same day and treat it. Long story short, came back from my business trip and my apartment was bed bug free. Thank you Luis for a job well done for a very happy customer. Spoke with All Out for consultation purposes and I have to say that my experience with Louis and his team was far beyond what I expected. Not only was Louis genuinely concerned and extremely responsive, he made himself repeatedly available while we negotiated the treatment plan. He asked for pictures of my bites to determine whether they were, in fact, from bed bugs, and explained the process and purpose of his company's procedures, along with the parasites' behavior and complications from using weaker, water-based solutions. He rescheduled appointments to fit me in within a few hours of calling, and sent over a technician who searched for parking for 45 minutes, before giving up and rescheduling for the next day.This is my first, painful and horrific experience with bed bugs, one I hope is completely eradicated as quickly as possible, and to be the last time ever. That said, it's obviously becoming a huge issue in urban societies and it's great to know that there is a reliable and trustworthy company to turn to. Plus, they're family-run and owned, so support an entrepreneur and not the big box corporations. Louis is already 5 stars in my book.

Thank you for your positive feedback, most methods are water based and require multiple treatments as oppose to the new solutions that are made of eco friendly solution and last for months or a year of protection.

I didn't actually use Luis' service but wanted to give 5 stars because he was super helpful and responsive when I was in my consultation stage. I had called him - unsure if I had bed bugs or not - but Luis took the time to talk me through signs of an infestation and what the bug/bug bites looked like. He provided tons of into to help me understand what my situation was, despite me being in a state of panic. He also picked up the phone at 1AM!!! Clearly, I was freaking out.My situation wasn't bed bugs, thankfully and although I didn't use Luis' service, I appreciate honesty and patience in any business. If the need does arrive in the future (which I definitely hope not), I'll be sure to give Luis and All Out a call.Note: This is the same review I put on Yelp, but I wanted to ensure this was visible on Google as well.
