Mr. Gene Axelrod came out and did a termite inspection for our family home. He was courteous and answered all my questions with patience and was very informative of things I could do to protect and prevent problems with pests in and around my property. I was impressed with the level of professionalism he displayed while still being nice and approachable.

Affordable, Compassionate, and Effective. Gene the owner is a true Gentleman! Leslie their Operations Cordinator is a sweetheart who was patient and thorough and answered every call and question with the same smile and enthusiasm as the first. At the day of treatmen, The boys from ODIN came in and had their equipment set up and humming and buzzing in no time. The treatment was truly Eco-friendly. We were never exposed to any harsh chemicals as used by other companies. We stopped seeing signs hours after they left and by the follow up visit there was no more bed bug activity. We came across thumbtack while searching for a bed bug exterminator and after speaking to several other pros chose ODIN PEST. We are finally Bed Bug Free and my 5 year old can sleep without waking up in tears from welts all over her body. Writing this review and can't keep the tears back. We were in a nightmare. I didn't know what was going on with our baby girl. We thought she was sick. We ran around from doctor to doctor. After a relative somehow found bugs in her bed one night we began searching for treatment options. I went through 3 companies. Have to say that the level of devotion and involvement we got from Gene and his team is first class. They genuinely care. Very discreet and super easy going. Boys you are my saviors. A Stand up crew that takes pride in their projects and craftsmanship. You could tell right away that they genuinely care. They made us feel comfortable. Compassionate and dedicated in their attitude and service. The owner Gene got in touch with me on labor day. I'm sure he has his own family to mind to. But he was there no questions asked. Gene spent some time with me on the phone discussing various options and working around our needs. We have 2 newborns and Gene worked on a all natural organic treatment for us. Gene helped us with a bedbug problem recently and was very professional and thorough. He was discreet, prompt and kept to his word on the two treatments and gave very good advice on how to get rid of the problem and prevent it in the future. I thought his fee was very reasonable compared to other companies and he did a very good job. We are now free of the pests and grateful.

Aside from having an interest in the field we are required to take state mandated continuing education courses and also require all staff to undergo monthly training conducted in house as presentations or through accredited instructional centers.

You should be hiring someone who is emotionally and enthusiastically involved in their discussion of your issues.
