I needed my window shades rethreaded and these guys responded to my message very quickly same day, even offering to come by same day to assess, remove, and take away to repair. We agreed on next day, they came on time and quickly removed the shades and agreed to bring back and reinstall within 5 business days, and they were true to their word. The shades work great now. Very nice people, easy to work with, and fair price. Definitely will use again for future repair needs.
