- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Most of our staff are tips certified and now we are planning to have at least 25% of our team food certified by summer. .
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have been a waiter and bartender for a couple of years, so I had first hand experience with customers and have developed a knack to anticipating their needs, so decided to start my own company. Besides, as a customer I have had negative experiences myself many times, so I always wanted to provide service that makes people happy.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We do pretty much everything. But the commons are weddings, private parties, cocktail parties.
