I am very satisfied with the service provided by Iron Waiter. Despite the fact that I have changed a couple of items in the order (including menu and the number of guests) on a quite short notice, they were still quite flexible and on top of it. The waitstaff was professional and polite and food was delicious. I would highly recommend Iron Waiter as a professional, flexible and easy to deal with company.

It was a pleasure working with Hayk and his chef. They were responsive, flexible and proactive with recommendations which is very important but the food was outstanding and I will definitely use them again. What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Most of our staff are tips certified and now we are planning to have at least 25% of our team food certified by summer. .
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have been a waiter and bartender for a couple of years, so I had first hand experience with customers and have developed a knack to anticipating their needs, so decided to start my own company. Besides, as a customer I have had negative experiences myself many times, so I always wanted to provide service that makes people happy.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We do pretty much everything. But the commons are weddings, private parties, cocktail parties.
