Introduction: Chef Alex is a private chef and offers catering services, as well as cooking lessons. I have a bachelors in culinary arts from the Culinary Institute of America, as well as having been trained in baking and pastry, from Lycee Hotelier Notre Dame, France. Whether you are looking for a night off from cooking, a small catered wedding, or a cooking lesson in your home with a group of your best friends, I do it all. I am also trained in fine dining services, and can take care of decorations and table settings.
