I appreciate getting a very clear definition of what the customer is looking for in terms of ideas & inspiration, so that I can get that much closer to making their vision a reality. These ideas can usually be conveyed well through reference dishes, images, or art.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a graduate of culinary school as well as a certified nutritional consultant.
