Introduction: First Prize Winner of National ASTA Solo Competition (2010), Former section member of Rochester Philharmonic (2014-15), Associate Member of Chicago Civic Orchestra (2015-Present). M.M in Cello Performance, Eastman School of Music. P.S in Orchestral Performance, Manhattan School of Music. Private teaching since 2012 and experienced with different levels of students. Making music viable and fun for my students.
My philosophy of teaching includes the immediate cultivation of a positive atmosphere and an adaption to different learning styles. I believe my extensive experience in orchestra and chamber music has given me a rich source of knowledge to share with my
students. Besides building a resume as an accomplished performer, I enjoy and hope to expand my dedication to teaching, and share my love for music with my students by being an enthusiastic and fun cello teacher.
