Introduction: Cakes Confidential was created for the bride who are looking for an elegant yet affordable wedding cake. By renting one of our display cakes, you can have an amazing cake and save 70% off the cost of a traditional wedding cake. Our cakes are decorated with real fondant and gum paste just like the most elegant wedding cakes, except on the inside ours are foam. Our cakes look, feel, even smell like the real thing so no one will ever know. One of the tiers has an empty compartment for the real cake that you’ll cut and feed each other during the cake cutting ceremony. Before your reception, we’ll fill the empty compartment with cake, and seamlessly cover it with matching fondant and decorations. After the cake cutting ceremony, the display cake is brought back into the kitchen and the guests are served fresh and delicious sheet cake with matching icing.
