What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer 10% for first time customers and we will price match any other company with the same services offered.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All the managers have been cleaning for years. Anyone new we hire is trained for a month with an expert to make sure we give them the proper training. We have videos that we show to our staff and on hand training.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We have worked with any kind of customer you could think of. Anywhere from colleges, Bars, offices, homes, warehouse etc. You name it and we have been there!
