D&K Maintenance is DEFINATELY the best for commercial deep floor cleaning on Staten Island!They were punctual, professional, very polite, easy to work with and HIGHLY efficient and thorough! Our floors look absolutely brand newthe quality is top-notch! I'm glad I found them!If you need immaculate results for your commercial space, look no further. Winter ice melt destroyed my restaurant floors, but D&K Maintenance Cleaning brought them back to life. David identified my floor type just from photos and gave me a solution on the spot. He and his crew arrived and worked their magicin just 3.5 hours, the floors looked brand new.Davids expertise is unmatched. He told me: "It would really suck for an owner to know more about their floors than the actual cleaner does." If you want a flat price and expert results, call David. Truly a lifesaver.

I can't express enough how happy I am with their service. My floors were extremely bad. The owner David came and cleaned, buffed out everything and then put a coat of wax. The floors look great. He even cane a few days later to to look it over and touch it up. He added another layer of wax. If you need anyone to do your floors, he does an amazing job.
