- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is based on the scope of work and frequency of cleanings. Once our team does a walkthrough of your space, we will put together a proposal for you to see if we are a good fit. We are happy to set up a trial cleaning so you can see our process in action!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When onboarding a new customer, we start service with a deep clean of the space so we can make sure we have a good foundation moving forward. We upload your scope of work, security instructions, and preferred schedule to our cleaning management platform and assign your Cleaning Technician(s) and Supervisor to the account so you can message them at any time. Our Cleaning Technicians also take before/after photos of each clean which you may request at any time.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our Cleaning Technicians go through 2 weeks of training with our Supervisors, and then have ongoing quarterly training to ensure they are addressing all the details in your scope of work.
