The LaptopMD staff were professional and speedy and they repaired my laptop.
The only reason I gave 4 stars is because I wasn't told at the outset that my repair would not have a warranty because it was liquid damage -- they hadn't replaced parts so they wouldn't guarantee the repair.
Seemed strange to me that a technician's work would not be guaranteed.
Nevertheless, I would definitely recommend this place. Plus, they're open 7 days a week!

I needed data recovered from a crashed hard-drive. Thumbtack interposed itself during my web search and offered to send my "plea" to several firms offering data recovery services. Laptop MD was first to respond and I went with them. Their offices were located conveniently near several subway lines and I wasted no time bringing my faulty drive there. The people I spoke with were friendly and knowledgeable. After running a quick diagnostic, they put my mind at ease and told me that they would be able to salvage most if not all of my data. Several days later I was presented with a 1 terabyte external drive which had my data. I was very satisfied with the service provided. Their office space was very cool to boot (so to speak).
