Offering highly competitive pricing and FREE estimates on jobs. Usually its a 'by the job' price and not per hour.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will conduct a brief phone call or email exchange where the customer will state their issue and I will provide diagnosis and estimate for the customer.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been in this field of work for over 15 years and my father was a computer technician so I've been around it my whole life. I worked for Geek Squad and studies Computer Science at St. Thomas Aquinas College. I ran my own IT consulting company for close to 10 years now after branching off from my father's business.
