- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Computer Support Home Small Business -$75 per hour with 2 hour minimum for house calls. Enterprise/Large Business - $150 Per Hour with 2 hour minimum for all On-site work. Phone calls are calculated in 30 min increments. Support calls that are resolved in less than 5 mins do not count for any charges. TV Repair $75 for onsite inspection +$25 for every additional 5 miles from our main address 70 w 36th st. $150 for general repair (Inspection Included in pricing) Device Repair Phones/Tablets - $15 mandatory inspection fee (not charged if repair is needed) $50 Hourly rate $25 House Call Fee +$25 for every additional 5 miles from our main address 70 w 36th st. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Normally a support call or site ticket is made to see exactly what the issue is. We then review the issue and create a solution on the spot. In onsite support is needed then an appointment is made and support is provided at the earliest time available.
