I've called Bonnie three times and each time she fixed my problems on various devices, promptly and expertly and at a very reasonable cost. The last time she fixed my laptop, my printer and my smart TV issues all in an hour. If she doesn't know your particular device, she figures it out.

I am not a technical novice, but at my age I sometimes fall behind. I found Bonnie via another resident in the building who also needed some computer help. During my more active years I worked with a wide variety of technical experts, having been somewhat of one myself. I am thus well able to judge technical competence and skill. Bonnie is in the class of the most able of information technologists. She reminds me of the very early days of computers when it was the women English majors who led the way bringing computers into wide-spread use by ordinary people. Bonnie is not only knowledgeable in all aspects of personal computers, but she has the ability to comfortably transmit this knowledge to beginners and unskilled users. She is patient, understanding and communicative. And I might add, considering the economy today and what other professionals charge, her charges are quite reasonable.
