- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our service includes consultation, design, installation and servicing. Many people go with the full package, but we have also worked with clients who just hired us for individual aspects.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our projects start with consultation through the phone to see the project needs and if we are a right fit for the projects. We do not take many clients per month, but we make sure each client is the right fit. The second stage is a site visit with a detailed and custom proposal to the space. After the proposal is revised and accepted, we move onto installation, where we project manage and ensure the installation is done smoothly. When installation is all complete, we train our client to use the system, and fine-tune it to their needs. We support our installation with Service Level Agreements and built in warranties.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are certified and direct dealers with all of the brands we work with, so we have certifications with brands such as Lutron, Control4 and Josh.
