- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices for my paintings are based on the square footage of the final design plus materials, shipping, installation and travel as necessary.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Purchasing a work of art is a financial investment, but a highly personal venture reflecting your sense of aesthetics. I initiate the process of creating a unique and compelling work of art by becoming fully aware of my client's vision, what inspires them, their family or other patrons. My process begins with a dialogue regarding my client’s creative visualization, timeframe, supplied photographs or resources, estimated budget and important preferences. Next I produce a Photoshop representation with a clear plan detailing materials to be used, schedules and budget estimates. A contract is created and working drawings guide the final design. I oversee shipping, installation, and photography to complete the project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I began oil painting at 15 with a career of 20 years in art making. I have participated in numerous exhibitions locally and nationally and am represented in numerous individual and corporate collections. I studied painting at New York University, the Art Students League, and the National Academy of Art. I received a Masters Degree in Digital Imaging and Design and Fine Arts at New York University. I bring years of artistic experience and the expertise to manage the process of creating and installing great works of art for your home or business.
