To accomplish this goal, I create an individualized study program, taking into consideration the student's experience on the instrument, preferred genres of music, and learning style.

*Educational Background:
Leo Freire completed his Masters of Arts in Music Education at the Hunter College School of Education, being the recipient of the Agnes Duffy graduation prize for academic excellence. Specializing in K-12 education, the program led to his New York State Teaching Certification. Most recently, Leo served as the Director of Music Technology at Fiorello LaGuardia High School of the Arts for 2022/2023.
A graduate of the prestigious Macaulay Honors Program at Hunter College, receiving a 4 year full tuition scholarship, Leo completed his Bachelor of Arts in Music. Distinguished as one of the most exceptional students to graduate from the university in recent years, Leo was awarded the Libbie Van Arsdale Memorial Prize for Music, a single recognition given to the student of the 2011 graduating class who has shown the greatest progress in Music.
