Pricing I state on here is only the estimate and it’s not the final quote the final quote will be discuss before any approval of work needs

Be sure that you are fully informed of what’s going to happen or the process of the work being completed, communication is very important make the best decision for you and what’s good for you your budget, understanding that work and time is not for free and fully understanding that
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
Make sure if they live in the building that requires additional information and approval like COIs ( certification of insurance) make sure it’s disclosed with their request
