- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Prices may vary from an hourly to a flat rate based on the nature and size of the job. Hourly rate starts at $50.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My priority is to demonstrate professionalism and experience. Schedule an appointment for a consultation by phone or in person. Discuss specifics/details of the project and materials needed. A quote will be given based on the size of the job which determines if it’s an hourly or flat rate. Once an agreement is made a contract is drawn up for a day and time for work to begin. I will arrive at the designated site on a punctual time with my tools and materials to work. I always practice safety and keep the workspace clear. Payments are determined by the size of the job. I will communicate with clients about any thoughts or concerns they should have regarding the job. When the work is finished and fully operational, I will walk the client through the work completed to make sure the client is satisfied and happy
