Very easy to coordinate with. After discussing what I was looking for regarding navigating my Mac. He arranged to meet at public workspace. He was concise & clear when showing me specifics on the computer. I left knowing more and will be able to better use my time when on my Mac with less steps.

David provided one on one lessons for me in Photoshop. I was a real novice but through several remote sessions I really learned the foundation and fundamentals of the software. I've been able to create and design the graphics I was hoping to and now know how to figure out any functions I need but am not familiar with. I look forward to calling upon him again.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Every session is personalized based on the needs and desires of each client. Everyone learns in a different manner and at their own pace and I am very experienced with and attentive to this.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been working professionally with computers, particularly Mac and Apple products for over 25 years. My students have ranged from people who have never touched a computer to advanced users who need help with something specific.
