Odin Pest is the one and the only one to call when you have a pest problem. I know this by making a costly mistake of calling another exterminator to take care of the problem. They did a extremely sloppy poor job that didn't come close to resolving my problem. After poor result with the first exterminator, I was frantic and needed to get Bug and Pest out of the house as I had small kids and in-laws coming in a couple of weeks. I called Gene, He listened patiently, understood my situation. Gene came out the next day, right on time. He took time to look thoroughly inside and outside my house, and even cracked jokes with me to make my tensed self more relax. The next day he followed up with photos showing points of entrances into my house, suggested plans to seal up house and even help arranged work with a contractor a day later. Once the house was sealed up, he set up traps, monitor progress, did clean up, and set up new traps. Within two weeks, the house was declared pest free. I can't tell you how grateful I am to find Gene and his team. Gene is a very good listener and took time to answers all my questions. He is patience, caring, follow through on what he said he'll do, and check in to see how I was copying. He gives you support and confidence that you called the right team. Gene does high quality work, he always shows up on time, and is honest; a rarity in this business, unlike the first exterminator. As an example of his integrity, Gene showed up at my house to set up traps only to see that I had already set them up on my own. He checked my work and gave me some pointers to placement locations. When I gave him a check for his visit, he declined to take it. Really? Yes, he did not charge for that visit. On top that, his total fee was a third of what I'd paid the first guy and got excellent results. I hope I don't have to call them again, but if there's a Bed Bug or pest problem, I know who to call.

I would definitely recommend Odin pest control. I switched from another company to them and much better quality!! Thorough spraying that really helped with our Bed Bug problem. They will re spray for free if the problem was not fixed.

Quality =less quantity. Quality service, proper amount of preventative spray (not over diluted), spraying where it would make a difference, means less calls for service. Thank you for the time to explain what is going on around the house and doing a great job to make sure the exterior of the house is taken care of. With quality like this, it's less visits but I will be a 'repeat customer' again next year.

Odin pest control service are simply OUTSTANDING. Gene is a consummate professional who provides great service for a very reasonable price. And he is one of the nicest guys you'll ever meet, to boot. He really listened to our concerns, did a thorough inspection, explained in detail what was most likely going on and reviewed our options, efficiently carried out the agreed upon services, and then followed up to make sure we were satisfied with the outcome and his services. It is so rare today to find someone like Gene who provides such a high level of household services! One night, I was shocked to see a mouse when I opened a kitchen drawer. I HATE mice, rats, and rodents of all kinds!! It was late so I emailed requests to several pest control companies. The next morning, only 1 had responded. Called and Gene came out promptly that day - or more accurately, that night as I had to work (he was kind enough to accommodate my schedule!). He was extremely professional, pleasant and knowledgeable. Gene quickly took care of our rodent infestation, but also dealt with our longstanding - despite our frequent spraying, setting out many bug traps, etc. - major bug problem (ants, spiders, silverfish, and roaches - we live across from a school's mini-agricultural center, which is the likely breeding ground for the bugs and rodents). After handling our rodent and bug issues, Gene offered to come out once every two months for maintenance pest control for a very fair fee. It's been 3-1/2 years and we haven't had any unwanted visits from rodents since! Thank goodness! Also, before Gene, whenever the weather was hot, tons of ants would appear. We haven't had any ant infestations since he has been doing pest control, despite many hot days. Our neighbor hired him as well and she also is very happy with his services. I give Gene my highest recommendation! If you have a pest control problem, call Odin Pest Control - you will be very glad you did. Thank you so much, Gene! You're the best and we are customers for life!!

Aside from having an interest in the field we are required to take state mandated continuing education courses and also require all staff to undergo monthly training conducted in house as presentations or through accredited instructional centers.

You should be hiring someone who is emotionally and enthusiastically involved in their discussion of your issues. The pro is the guy who knows what he is talking about and takes charge of the situation. Confidence and attention to detail are important. He or she should be asking you a lot of questions and qualifying your needs.
