- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
In person meetings are charged with an hourly fee (wardrobe consultations, closet cleaning/organization, shopping). Personal shopping (online) is not charged by the hour but with a 20% fee of whatever is purchased.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The typical process starts with a phone call or email to determine what exactly you are looking for. We then schedule a wardrobe consultation in which we review your current wardrobe and I compile a proper list of items you feel you need to update as well as various style icons that I think fit into your spectrum. This is usually the most difficult step as it is both physically and emotionally strenuous (it's a bit of a workout and we may get rid of quite a few items that no longer serve you). We follow this with various shopping trips to help you feel your best in how you present yourself. If we are meeting for a specific event we usually discuss the event and certain aspects over the phone. I then shoot you some more inspiration/mood boards and we follow it with a shopping trip at an agreed upon shop.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a graduate of the Fashion Institute of Technology and have had many years behind the scenes in the fashion industry as a model, designer, and stylist.
