- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A typical process when working with a new client involves 6 steps: 1) Introduction. We get to know you and determine if we can help you. 2) We ask open ended questions to understand your current situation and your goals, both short and long term. 3) We develop strategies that serve your current and future needs. 4) We present you the strategies. You decide if it's right for you. 5) We implement the strategies that move your goal forward. 6) We periodically revisit your needs monitor and adjust the implemented strategies as your objectives change.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Life, accident and Health License, SIE, Series 7, Series 66 and Series 24.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with people from all walks of life regardless of their current situation. From individuals to young families, people approaching retirement, retirees, business owners and high net worth individuals.
