Fee-only investment advisor. Financial planning engagements invoiced hourly or by retainer.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I listen first. What are your concerns? How can I serve - specifically. I have at least one phone conversation and often a first meeting with prospective new clients free of charge. I want to make the introductory process as risk-free as possible. New clients have a chance to become comfortable with me - before they pay me.
