Samantha put together a beautiful lunch event for my parent's 50th anniversary. She was so responsive, on a very short timeline too, and was so easy to work with. I wasn't sure what to expect and she blew me (and my family) away with her beautiful floral arrangements and table decor. She handled all the details of set up, planning and coordinating with the chef with very little direction. I did a Thai cuisine so she did lush, tropical arrangements, a leaf runner, leaves and orchids on each placesetting. So creative and unique! Where I do begin??!! Samantha and her team did a fabulous job with decorating for my mother-in-laws winter Wonderland 60th Birthday. It was exactly how I envisioned it. She is professional, friendly and very patient. I can't even count how many times I changed my mind on something and she took it like a champ. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?We request clients provide us with inspirational photo's for reference and arrange for a call and/or in person meeting. In doing so, it helps us to better understand the needs and vision of the client.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I am a certified NY Botanical Garden Floral Designer. In addition to working for my own company, my services are retained by other reputable event companies when they need additional help. In doing so, it allows me to build on my knowledge and skill set. Trade magazines, forums, trade events and classes are also very important for us. It allows us to stay informed on the industry and provide the best services possible.
