I graduated from University of Paris VIII in 1992 and I have been teaching traditionally for more than 20 years and via videos on my YouTube channel dedicated to French learning. The channel already had more than 150 million views and more 400 000 subscribers. I have decided last year to start having lessons with Skype for individual tutoring to help persons who are already familiar with my way of teaching: - through the videos on my channel on Youtube (/imagiers) It would give you the opportunity to go further or faster with private tutoring combined with the videos and other material I have made so far. We should define together your priorities and topics you would like to work on during the first lesson and everything is flexible, which means that I can adapt to your needs or requests... I like new challenges! Teaching is always the possibility to discover new persons with new challenges and come up with new and more efficient ways of teaching. Learning processes and people are so different that it is always a pleasure to put all my skills at the disposal of my students to reach their goals as fast as possible.

Vincent was my tutor based on the free YouTube lessons called "Learn French with Vincent". I liked the flexibility to watch free lessons whenever and wherever I was. Skype's lessons with Vincent were in a relaxed and personalized style with precise and targeted advice on the areas where I needed more work. He pinpointed me to specific free YouTube videos to work with. He is French and also speaks fluent English and Finnish.

He is very easy to talk to, and his background in teaching French is excellent. Nowadays we could exchange free lessons with native speakers in any language on Internet, but learning French with a genuine professor is very different and valuable. He can answer any questions I ask. I really enjoy our conversations, and I look forward to my lesson every week. At the beginning I wanted him to correct me more often, but he said that would be very frustrating to me, and he was right, now I just enjoy our weekly chat. I love it!

I took French lesson from Vincent by Skype while I was living in France. Vincent adapts the lessons to the student which makes learning French so much easier. He also has hundreds of videos to assist in learning. I have had several private French teachers and went to French Language school in Paris. Vincent by far was the best teacher I had!

I enjoy Vincent's French lessons. It is once a week. However, it is the homework that is valuable. Vincent will correct and teach me to pronounce properly, and give me exercises to read and do for the week.

It is better that my potential students first watch my videos on my Youtube channel and have a good perception of my teaching method... then if they appreciate it, they can contact me and we can achieve great results!

How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started working as a teacher in 1993 at the French Cultural Center, that later became the French Institute... and I never stopped teaching French, and ONLY French since then.
